History.

The Cooks Hill Brown Snakes Rugby Club is more than an amateur sports team. Our tight-knit family has left an indelible mark on the regional sporting landscape.

Since 2006, our mission has been to offer a haven for rugby lovers from all walks of life. Inclusion extends to seasoned rugby players, newcomers keen to have a go, and city residents looking for a bit of community. Whatever you bring to the table, the Snakes greet you with open arms (and a bit of friendly banter).

We play hard and work hard—maybe sometimes the other way around. With three teams in as many comps, each teammate, volunteer, and fan plays an important role in creating a club culture we’re proud to maintain.
